Fill out the Full Application:
After you have sent us the Pre-Screening information, have been PreApproved, have viewed your home and want to move in, now you fill out the Full Application:
1. Download the Full Application = Right Click the PDF below, choose Download As or Save As
2. When downloaded, Open the Application and fill in the blanks on your computer (One for each Adult)
3. Share/ email it back to SoBoVaRentals@yahoo.com
4. Click the PAY button to pay $20 to activate your application for processing.
5. When your Application has been reviewed, we will email you a link to get your Background Check, credit report, FBI criminal history... Pay them $35 online to have it processed and sent it to us for review.
6. Wait patiently for processing.
We will contact you ASAP with "You Got the House" or it isn't going to work out at this time.
